In fact, most of the students at the school seem to have low enthusiasm for learning, students are less active, because they do not use learning media that are in accordance with the characteristics of students in the learning process. This study aims to determine the practicality of interactive learning CD-based learning media that has been developed. The practicality test of the animated demonstration learning media was obtained from a questionnaire filled out by the teacher/practitioner with a practicality value of 77% with the practicality category being quite practical. In addition to the assessment from the teacher/practitioner, the practicality of the animated demonstration learning media is also assessed based on student responses and the results are known in the student response questionnaire, namely the practicality value of 72.26% so that it can be concluded that the animated demonstration learning media developed is practical with sufficient practicality category. practical. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the interactive CD-based learning media for Basic Network learning is quite practical to use as a learning medium in the Basic Network learning process
