Abstract

This study aims to determine the form of services for students with special needs in inclusive elementary schools. This study uses a qualitative approach with phenomenological methods. This research was conducted at SDN Cilegon 12 and SDN Kependil Cilegon. The data sources for this research were 2 school principals, 2 special supervising teachers, 2 class teachers, 2 This study provides recommendations for educators to optimize the use of technology in learning school committees, 2 student guardians, and 6 students with special needs. Data collection techniques were carried out by observation, interviews, and documentation studies. Data validity was tested by source triangulation and technique triangulation. The data analysis technique used is data inventory, data classification, data display, meaning synthesis. The results of this study are that in the form of services for students with special needs at SDN Cilegon 12 and SDN Kependil Cilegon there are similarities in services covering identification and assessment, individual learning programs (PPI), and learning process services. However, there are differences in services, namely those found at SDN Kependil Cilegon in the form of assessment services for students with special needs
