The activity of moving or transporting something from one place to another according to Morlok (1978) is called "transportation". Ojek Online is a means of transportation that is driven by a machine in the form of two wheels or four wheels which functions as a means of transporting goods or people to be moved to another place on request. This transportation tool serves to help ease human tasks in carrying out daily activities. In accordance with the title above, this study aims to analyze the existence of online motorcycle taxis at the Serang City train station which were initially dominated by three-wheeled transportation, namely pedicabs run by human power. Since when did the online ojeks exist at the Kota Serang station and what effect did they have on the rickshaw drivers who previously existed. This study uses the theory of Chopra and Meindl (2004) explaining that the elements of transportation include the cargo being lifted, available vehicles, there are roads, there are terminals, there are destinations, human resources and the organization or management that drives them. Descriptive qualitative was used in this study with direct and indirect interview methods. Starting from data collection, observation and in-depth face-to-face interviews is a process to obtain accurate information, and find out things related to online motorcycle taxis. This research resulted in: 1. Death of Revenue. 2. The emergence of new unemployed 3. Reduced income for motorcycle taxi bases 4. Intense competition. 5. Increased congestion
