This study aims to analyze the utilization of unproductive public assets in the Banten Provincial Government. Unproductive public assets often become a burden to the government and hinder regional development. In this context, this study identifies the types of unproductive public assets, factors that cause unproductivity, and effective utilization strategies to increase the value and benefits of these assets. The methodology used is a qualitative approach with in-depth interviews with stakeholders and document analysis related to public assets. The results show that many public assets in Banten Province are not optimally utilized, which is caused by lack of planning, inefficient management, and lack of community involvement in the utilization process. Therefore, it is recommended that the Banten Provincial Government evaluate and develop a sustainable public asset management strategy, and involve the community in decision-making related to asset utilization
