Abstract

Effective and efficient public services are key to improving the quality of life in Serang City. However, the city faces various challenges in the implementation of public services, such as lack of infrastructure, low community participation, and limited human resources. In addition, a complex bureaucracy often hampers the service process. To overcome these challenges, innovative solutions are needed, such as the development of digital systems to improve accessibility of information and services, training for civil servants to improve competencies, and collaboration with the community and private sector in designing more responsive service programs. By applying a participatory approach, it is expected that public services in Serang City can become more friendly and optimally meet the needs of the community. Through these efforts, Serang City can transform into a city that not only provides good public services, but also builds community trust and involvement in the governance process
