This thesis discusses the Implementation of 2013 Curriculum Policy of Vocational High Schools in Serang City. The problems examined in this thesis are: 1. Weak Leadership of School Principals towards the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum. 2. Low Character and attitude of teachers as 2013 curriculum implementors. 3. Low Professionalism of teachers in the 2013 curriculum implementation. Lack of Facilities and Infrastructure in 2013 curriculum implementation. Adequate learning facilities and resources in the 2013 curriculum. The theory used in this study uses the theories of Daniel Mazmanian and Paul A. Sabatier (1983: 178) The methodology of this study uses descriptive qualitative approaches. The results of this study indicate that the Problem Characteristics of the Implementation of 2013 Curriculum Policy in School Vocational 3 Serang City School Vocational 4 Serang City is the lack of infrastructure in the two schools. Banten through the School Operational Assistance (BOS) fund, not only is the key to success in the successful implementation of the 2013 curriculum policy must be supported by good school leadership, teacher creativity, student activities, 2013 curriculum socialization, learning facilities and resources, academic environment conducive, and participation of school residents. Factors that Influence Outside the Policy in the implementation of 2013 curriculum policies of School Vocational 3 Serang City and School Vocational 4 Serang City are socio-economic conditions Suggestions The Implementation of 2013 Curriculum Policy in School Vocational 3 Serang City and School Vocational 4 Serang City must be supported by infrastructure complete It should not only rely on BOS funds for success in implementing the 2013 Curriculum Policy but there must be monitoring from the Provincial Government, the Education Office
