Abstract

This thesis discusses the Management of Anyar Beach Tourism Area Based on Regulation No. 8 of 2014 in Serang Regency The problems examined in this thesis are: 1. How is the Management of Anyar Beach Tourism Area in Serang Regency The theory used in this study uses the theory of Luther Gulick in Handoko (2003: 11) which includes Planning (Organizing), Organizing,Organizing Employees (Staffing),Directing,Coordinating, Reporting, Budgeting This research methodology uses descriptive qualitative approaches. Results of the study 1. Utilization of resources owned to improve the welfare of the community, both in terms of income, employment opportunities, business field, access to policy making, competitiveness, and improving the human development index. The development that is carried out must realize the sapta of charm, namely: Security, Order, Cleanliness, Coolness, Beauty, Hospitality and Peace. 2. The Village Law mandates the preparation of the Village Mid-Term Development Plan (RPJM Village) and the Annual Village Development Plan or the so-called Village Government Work Plan (RKP Desa) to the village government. Village RPJM is a plan for village development activities for a period of 6 (six) years, and the Village RKP as an elaboration of the Village RPJM is valid for a period of 1 (one) year. The Village RPJM and the Village RKP are the basis in village development with the aim of making efforts to improve the quality of life and life for the maximum welfare of the rural tourism community. 3. In improving the welfare of rural tourism communities and the quality of human life and poverty reduction through meeting basic needs, building village facilities and infrastructure, developing local economic potential, and utilizing natural resources and the environment in a Suggestion 1. Anyar Beach should be in the utilization of Natural Resources in addition to being a tourist attraction there must be maintenance of both facilities and infrastructure. 2. The development of the new beach tourism village should be managed in addition to the new village community as well as the Disporapar there would be monitoring from the Banten Provincial Government so that the management of the new beach tourism can run transparently.3.The implementation of village development should be carried out by promoting togetherness, kinship, and mutual cooperation in order to create good relations between the district government and the newer village communities as coastal managers
