Abstract

Bored pile foundation is a type of deep foundation that has a tube-like shape and is used to divide the foundation load through layers of soil with low bearing capacity to hard soil layers that have high bearing capacity. The focus of this research is to perform calculations to determine the optimal carrying capacity and settlement of bored pile foundations in buildings, these calculations use several calculation methods, namely the Mayerhoff, Reese and Wright, and Philipponant methods.

Based on the calculation of the carrying capacity of the N-SPT data using the Mayerhoff Method, namely the End Bearing Capacity of the Pole (33.952T), the Covered Bearing Capacity of the Pole (389.140T) and the Ultimate Bearing Capacity of the Pole (423.092T). And the results of the calculation of carrying capacity using the Reese and Wright Method are the End Bearing Capacity of the Pole (729.955T), the Covered Bearing Capacity of the Pole (0.932.58T) and the Ultimate Bearing Capacity of the Pole (1.662.535T). Meanwhile, based on the calculation of the carrying capacity of the CPT data using Mayerhoff method, namely (9.610T) and by using the Philipponant method, namely (800.136T) The settlement that occurs in the drilled pile foundation with the Sholeh Method, 2008 is Ss = 0.002m, Sp = 0.18m, Sps = 0.253m and S = 0.435m/ 4.35cm. The settlement of the foundation that occurs on each pile is categorized as safe because the settlement is not more the magnitude of the maximum settlement allowed is Sijin = 6m/ 0.06cm for public buildings
