Abstract

Lebak Banten Regency is one of the locations that is often affected by earthquakes, so that many community dwellings are not suitable due to the impact of earthquakes and makeshift development, the problem is centered on low-income people who find it difficult to meet their needs, especially houses as a decent place to live, so an earthquake-resistant house building innovation is often called RISHA but it must be proven that the comparison between RISHA and conventional houses in structural aspects and economic aspects so that people get decent earthquake-resistant and affordable houses.The value engineering comparison of the Budget Plan between conventional houses and RISHA reached a difference of 3% with a conventional house costing Rp.124,565,117.16 and RISHA costing Rp.128,218,443.64 with a total difference of Rp.3,653,326.48
