Abstract

This research focuses on the influence of organizational culture, organizational resilience, and employee commitment to organizational performance. Given the importance of organizational performance in achieving strategic goals, this study explores how these factors interact with each other to affect organizational effectiveness, especially in the context of state civil servants (ASN) in the Tangerang City Regional Secretariat. The purpose of this study is to identify the influence of Organizational Culture and organizational resilience on organizational performance, both directly and through employee commitment as a mediating variable. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey research design. The research population is ASN at the Tangerang City Regional Secretariat, and the sample was selected using random sampling techniques, with a total of 120 respondents who are quite representative for analysis. Data were collected through a closed questionnaire and analyzed using the SEM-PLS method to test hypotheses and relationships between variables. The results of the study show that organizational culture and organizational resilience have a positive and significant influence on organizational performance, both directly and through employee commitment. The path coefficients and statistics show that improvements in organizational culture and organizational resilience not only improve organizational performance directly, but also through increased employee commitment. All hypotheses tested were accepted, confirming the mediating role of employee commitment in this relationship. Based on these findings, it is recommended that ASN be active in creating a strong organizational culture in their work environment. In addition, the Tangerang City Regional Secretariat is expected to design programs that increase organizational resilience to face challenges. The researcher is further advised to explore the role of employee commitment mediation to develop more effective strategies in improving organizational performance.
