Abstract

Digital technology has revolutionized the way governments deliver tax information. This study aims to evaluate the extent to which the government's digital strategy is effective in increasing the understanding, satisfaction, and perception of justice of taxpayers in Pademangan Village. Using a combined method, namely a questionnaire to 100 respondents and qualitative analysis, the results of the study showed that digital media had a significant influence on these three aspects. The implication is that the government needs to develop a technology-based communication approach that is more adaptive, educational, and reaches all levels of society. This research is expected to be a reference for improving the strategy of the Directorate General of Taxes in disseminating tax information digitally.
