PENGARUH LOKASI DAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN PEMBELIAN RUMAH DI PROVINSI BANTEN

This study aims to analyze and find out whether there is an influence of Location and Price on the decision to buy a house in Banten province. The sample used in this study was 110 respondents and sampling was done using purposive sampling techniques. In this study, the analysis was carried out using the help of the SPSS Software Application Version 24. Meanwhile, the data testing techniques carried out in this study are validity test, reliability test, normality test, partial correlation analysis, determination coefficient, multiple linear test, and hypothesis test (t test and f test). Based on the results of the partial correlation analysis, it can be known that the value of the correlation effect of the Location and Price variables on Purchase Decisions is 0.485 and 0.617, respectively. Meanwhile, the results of multiple correlation analysis showed the result of R2 (R Square) = 41.1%. This shows that Product Quality (X1) and Promotion (X2) simultaneously have a significant effect on Purchase Decision (Y) with a Coefficient of Determination value of 40% while the remaining 60% is influenced by other factors that are not studied by the researcher
